How much do you want Awakening or to be rid of something that is impacting your life? Did you practice through that video? What went through your mind? That in itself will give you evidence as to what level of volitional attention will be required to heal a blind spot. Blind spots usually have a significant amount of unconscious armour around them. Your capacity to hold Presence correctly and notice the unconscious reactions occurring requires skill, patience and willingness.

Blind spots will often require you to examine your consciousness and your ability to tell what's real. You'll examine the what, when, where, how and who contributing factors to this deeply hardwired habit. Healing blind spots requires extra steps in the healing journey. Each of your blind spots will have its unique dynamics and behavioural triggers.

As your self-honesty grows you will learn to discern if comments by people have some aspect of truth to them. Our blind spots mean we are literally asleep as to our actions, viewpoints and behaviours. To be self honest enough to trigger a deeper examination when one feels offended or wants to deny external feedback is a clear sign this is a blind spot. The next question is am I willing to look?

To monitor your inner body, step 2 of Correct Presence Practice, for its emotions, thoughts and feelings regards the issue is critically important. Negative internal dialogue behavioural reactions and persistence of the condition are indicators pointing to the solution. Examine all angles and notice what trips your Correct Presence Practice. If your Presence entry seems more difficult that is an indicator.

This is where pillar No2 includes all of you shows its importance. Carefully listen to your mind chatter as it will reveal possible belief systems and stuck emotions. It is important that one is willing to find any denial or deeply rooted programming regarding a tough situation, dynamic, behaviour or chronic condition. In the chronic health condition video, I mentioned blind spots because those avoided aspects contribute to things like ill health. Wanting something to be gone can be a sign to take a fresh look. As blind spots are naturally defended at the unconscious level consider getting external feedback. Then test that feedback for evidence. You will be tested. When that situation or recurrence crops up again you will get to experience it if you choose Presence as your default behaviour. Notice if your Presence practice happens. Examine its depths and consistency. These are the measurements for healing this blind spot.

Can you hold in your Presence whatever is left of that unconscious programming? Willingness to allow everything to be as it is means allowing yourself to be that ugly stuff so you can be conscious (ie: with volition) as it runs. Your Presence will give you the ability to feel its dynamics. Hopefully you'll not act out the unwanted reaction. This is evidence for feedback. Feeling the unpleasant emotions 100% is required for full healing. This is where the healing balm of your volitional Presence is the greatest healer there is.
