You are also a human so pillar No2 includes all of you. This means as part of that you need to work through difficult aspects of your personality, ego and life circumstance as part of your soul's lessons. The impact of pillar No5 the unconscious mind means its prime directives (the operational protocol) will do their job. As part of the prime directives your unconscious mind will present dark stuff that you have repressed or suppressed. It does this to seek resolution and peace. Yes, it feels like shit to put it mildly. It is really important to hold Correct Presence with it. This is imperative so it is to be moved through safely and with resolution at the mental, emotional and cellular levels. Mind-based therapy may have a minimal impact unless you ground it into your whole neurology with Correct Presence Practice.

These hideous thoughts, feelings and hard cycles are required for you to be released from the bind of inner darkness. If you have the fortitude you will face these and move through them. The part of you that is not connected to the wholeness of your unconscious mind is the one who feels terrible and often has bad habits as its solution to the problem. The diagram shows this separation that suicide and the crazy feelings are trying to communicate.
