Your inner peace trainer & mentor
Jason is a trainer and mentor who has worked in the accounting sector and lives in profound unshakable inner peace for over nine years. He can assist you in finding direction, balance, motivation, peace, interest and fulfilment in the workplace, corporate world and all areas of your life.
For twenty-seven years Jason has extensively researched and trained in the areas of learning, motivation, depth psychology, personal development and leadership. During this time he has worked in a number of accountancy practices and finance departments of multinational companies here and in New Zealand. These skills were also honed in primary production industries where physical skills were required over mental abilities.
Jason’s research includes postgraduate study in leadership development. In 2002, while enrolled in PhD research, he developed a theoretical base to extend Carl Jung’s model of Individuation (plus its importance to leadership development). In the following eleven years his observations and experience proved accurate regarding this theoretical extension of one humanities greatest forefather’s of modern psychology.
Jason has also undertaken extensive training in counselling and communication skills. This includes certification as an International Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in 2000. He has dedicated twenty five years into the developmental and spiritual sides of life and how to integrate that in a practical, grounded manner in the workplace and world of business.
For over nine years Jason has had a fully integrated life where work in the corporate sector has been in a permanent state of inner peace and stillness. Such an inner peace mentor is a very rare find. He is the only one in Australia in the business sector, thus teaches from solid experience and actual achievement in practice.
As an example: He has dealt with intense conflict situations in an ASX listed multinational company over a thirteen month period. His inner peace never left him during any instance in that time, peace was always felt in unpleasant situations. In fact, his inner peace deepened significantly as a result of applying what he now mentors. Each day is greeted and lived with inner Peace, be it a tough or a good day.
The talk is walked with 100% integrity and congruency. That is why inner peace mentoring is so profoundly powerful and different to all other coaching and mentoring methods. A fully supportive framework, developed over 19 years through working with clients and himself, is provided so you can maximise your development from each session. Everything that is shared has been lived and experienced. In person or online sessions are available worldwide.

“Jason has considerable training in the field of interpersonal skills, motivation, counselling and negotiation. He is a supportive and inspiring group leader, committed to the success of the people he works with. He takes the time to check others concerns, is respectfully assertive, and knows how to develop win-win solutions in a practical setting. Jason is one of those people who gives complete attention and energy to the project he is involved with. He’ll be up front, vitally involved in your organisation, and willing to go that extra kilometer for the success of a task. Jason would be a valuable resource in any organisation where team development, negotiation, and management skills are at a premium.”
